What is your mission?

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django to design and build a secure, scalable web portal that integrates with enterprise networking and security products. You will develop robust backend services, intuitive front-end features, interactive dashboards, and advanced analysis tools. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in complex, data-driven environments and want to work on solutions that impact network performance, security, and compliance.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Collaborate with developers and enterprise network architects to design and implement portal features
  • Develop and maintain backend services in Django/Python, including REST APIs and task queuing
  • Design responsive front-end interfaces with modern web technologies for optimal user experience
  • Build advanced reporting, dashboards, and analysis tools for network/security insights
  • Implement secure configuration management across integrated devices and platforms
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the web portal, addressing technical debt
  • Participate in the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong emphasis on Python and Django
  • Hands-on expertise in backend development (ORM, REST APIs, task queues like Celery/RabbitMQ)
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
  • Strong background in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL (design, queries, optimization)
  • Proficiency in working with Linux environments (scripting, system admin, deployments)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles; exposure to tools like Ansible or Terraform a plus
  • Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (switching, routing protocols, VLANs, security)
  • Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and LLMs is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
