Sales Admin – Aftermarket
Job Description:
Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales Assistance:
· Provide accurate and timely Aftermarket product quotes (e.g., Window Tint, GlassCoat Graphene Ceramic Coating, Leather Care, Fabric Care, Vinyl Care, and bundled packages).
· Clearly present the features, benefits, and warranties of these products through digital channels (email, phone, video, PDF).
· Ensure every retail customer receives an Aftermarket quote, including available package discounts (e.g., Enviro Pack, Lifestyle Pack).
· Support the Sales Team with follow-up communications for customers considering Aftermarket products.
Sales Support:
· Draft customised Aftermarket product quotes.
· Present bundled offers (e.g. Window Tint + GlassCoat) to highlight customer savings.
· Assist Sales Consultants in communicating product warranties and Lifetime coverage benefits.
Sales Administration:
· Ensure sales contracts, product inclusions, and pricing are accurate.
· Process warranties and Aftermarket product documentation correctly.
· Maintain and update product information sheets, quotes, and marketing materials.
· Prepare reports on product sales performance, package uptake, and customer feedback.
Administration:
· Record warranty details and submit documentation.
· Track sales performance against targets and prepare weekly reports.
Meetings and Trainings:
· Attend remote meetings with Sales Managers and product suppliers as required.
· Participate in training on new Aftermarket product updates and dealership promotions.
Team Coordination & Communication:
· Work closely with on-site Sales Consultants and Finance Manager to ensure smooth customer handover.
· Coordinate schedules related to product installations (e.g. Ceramic Coating) by liaising with the local team.
· Attend virtual meetings and training to stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
· years of experience in Sales, preferably within the automotive or motor industry or similar industries.
· Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, digital quoting tools, and communication platforms.
· Strong sales support skills with the ability to highlight value, savings, and warranties to customers.
· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to present premium protection products confidently.
· Proactive in creating opportunities for product upsell and cross-sell.
· Self-motivated and adaptable to remote collaboration across time zones.
· Excellent attention to detail in contracts, pricing, and product inclusions.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain product features and benefits remotely.
