Position Title: Truck and Heavy Equipment Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:
Responsible for generating sales of trucks and heavy equipment by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing product presentations and aftersales support. Ensures that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and market competitiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell trucks and heavy equipment to clients such as contractors, logistics companies, construction firms, and industrial accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Provide quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Maintain good relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and service departments to ensure smooth truck/equipment delivery, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and registration.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotions to adjust sales strategies.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibits, and marketing activities to promote products.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts and adherence to credit policies.
- Perform other sales-related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in trucks, heavy equipment, or automotive industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel and conduct extensive fieldwork.
- With valid driver's license (ability to drive manual and heavy vehicles is an advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
