We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist to join our Tala TV team. This role will focus on inviting, recruiting, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to host live sessions on the Tala TV app. The ideal candidate has strong influencer marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships with high-profile talents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Recruitment: Identify, approach, and invite influencers, celebrities, and content creators to join Tala TV's livestreaming platform.
  • Collaboration Management: Build long-term relationships with KOLs, negotiate collaboration terms, and ensure successful partnerships.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and coordinate influencer-led livestream events to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide invited KOLs through the registration, setup, and livestreaming process on Tala TV.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KOL livestream performance and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, competitor collaborations, and industry opportunities to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all collaborations align with Tala TV's brand values, community guidelines, and content policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or KOL collaboration (preferably in livestreaming, entertainment, or digital media).
  • Strong network and connections with influencers, creators, or celebrities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming culture, influencer trends, and digital entertainment platforms.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to pitch engaging collaboration ideas.
