Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and influential KOL Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage strong industry knowledge and influencer connections to boost our brand's visibility, trust, and engagement—especially in the Mom & Baby category. This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external influencers to launch high-impact, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Collaboration – Identify, engage, and collaborate with key opinion leaders and influencers relevant to our industry and target market.
  • Content/Brief Creation – Develop compelling campaign briefs and content guidelines aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and oversee KOL-led marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Relationship Building – Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs to develop long-term partnerships and enhance brand credibility.
  • Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze campaign results, gather insights, and suggest actionable improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or similar roles
  • Background or interest in the Mom & Baby industry is a strong advantage
  • Existing network of KOLs and influencers in relevant niches is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into meaningful insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
