Our Growth team drives Muvr's digital visibility, ensuring customers find us first when they need to move or deliver anything.

We are hiring a full time remote SEO Lead to own and scale the full organic growth engine across Muvr's entire ecosystem and the personal brand of our Founder, Rico Suarez.
This is a senior, strategic, and execution focused role responsible for technical SEO, on page optimization, off page authority, content strategy, digital PR, and growth analytics.
Your mission is to build a predictable, compounding, and scalable organic growth system.

Key Responsibilities

Own the SEO Strategy End to End

• Develop and execute SEO strategy across and all brand properties.

• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO growth plans.

• Prioritize initiatives across technical, on page, off page, content, and authority.

Technical SEO Ownership

• Lead site audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and architecture.

• Partner with WordPress Development, Product, and Engineering to implement updates.

• Improve site speed, mobile performance, accessibility, and internal linking systems.

On Page SEO Execution

• Optimize landing pages, blogs, partner pages, and product pages.

• Own keyword research, semantic optimization, content briefs, and topical clusters.

• Build high converting SEO landing pages using strong CRO principles.

Off Page SEO and Digital PR

• Lead backlink strategy, domain authority growth, and referral traffic programs.

• Manage outreach channels including digital PR, guest posts, HARO, and publishers.

• Collaborate with the Off Page SEO Specialist to scale link building systems.

Content Strategy and Scaling

• Build and optimize SEO content systems and workflows.

• Work with writers, editors, and the Creative Director to produce SEO driven content.

• Manage publication calendars and ensure content performance and ranking growth.

Analytics, Reporting, and Growth Insights

• Own SEO dashboards in Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and Sheets.

• Track rankings, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue impact, and DA growth.

• Deliver weekly performance updates and monthly growth summaries.

Cross Functional Leadership

• Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Web Development, PR, and Creative.

• Align SEO with broader brand storytelling and growth campaigns.

• Partner with the Founder on personal brand SEO and authority development.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of SEO experience with proven results in fast growing companies.

• Deep expertise in technical SEO, on page, and off page strategies.

• Strong understanding of architecture, schema, crawl optimization, and speed.

• Experience managing SEO teams or leading multi departmental SEO execution.

• Highly analytical and structured with strong data interpretation skills.

• Comfortable managing high output workflows and multiple SEO pipelines.

• Experience ranking both company websites and founder brands is a plus.
