Overview :

We're looking for a professional and detail-driven SEO Specialist to lead a comprehensive SEO audit and collaborate with our team on an ongoing, project-based basis.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. You'll assess our current SEO performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actionable improvements to strengthen our online visibility and organic traffic performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full SEO audit of the company's website — analyzing structure, content, backlinks, and technical performance.
  • Develop a clear, data-backed SEO strategy and present recommendations for both immediate fixes and long-term improvements.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Execute on-page and off-page optimization, including refining meta tags, titles, internal linking, and backlink strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and web teams to ensure all updates align with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key SEO metrics such as keyword rankings, traffic, and engagement trends.
  • Stay informed about algorithm updates and industry developments, adjusting strategies proactively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role.
  • Expertise in SEO audit processes and actionable strategy development.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage deliverables independently and professionally on a project-based timeline.

This is a project-based role starting at approximately 10 hours, with potential for ongoing collaboration based on results and fit.
