1. Supply Chain Planning and Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
  • Forecast demand, plan inventory, and manage procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to improve cost efficiency and reliability.

2. Procurement and Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

3. Logistics and Distribution Management

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, distributors, and internal departments.
  • Optimize distribution routes and inventory flow to reduce lead times and costs.

4. Inventory Control and Warehouse Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular audits.
  • Implement inventory control systems to minimize overstocking and shortages.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.

5. Coordination and Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor supply chain staff to improve team performance and professional growth.

6. Risk Management and Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, logistics issues, or vendor reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Develop contingency plans to maintain operations during unexpected disruptions.

7. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Use data analytics to track performance metrics such as lead time, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
