Responsibilities

  • Oversees and ensures quality delivery of memorial services, providing hands-on assistance to clients with compassion and professionalism.
  • Manages administrative and clerical functions to support smooth daily operations of the team and chapel.
  • Leads initiatives to promote chapel services and products to prospective clients, ensuring business growth.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by delivering excellent and personalized customer service.
  • Supervises and mentors staff to ensure adherence to service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Prepares reports, monitors performance, and implements improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with proven exposure in sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Customer-focused, with a pleasing personality and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge in the medical field or prior experience in veterinary clinics.
