Responsibilities:

  • Ensures product competitiveness through effective promotions, strategic distribution channels, and price marketing.
  • Supervises, mentors, and develops the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Fosters strong collaboration and harmonious relationships within the sales group while ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
  • Oversees marketing operations, including pre-closing to closing of sales, after-sales services, and administration of sales incentives and commissions.
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes monthly sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implements strategies to drive market growth, brand visibility, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With at least 5 years of solid experience in sales, marketing, or related functions, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Proficient in computer applications and digital tools relevant to sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
