About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc.', a leading provider of healthcare and beauty products. As the Supervisor, Finance Process Management, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's finance processes, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the design, implementation and continuous improvement of finance processes, procedures and controls to enhance productivity and mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor the health and effectiveness of finance processes
  • Lead training and change management initiatives to upskill the finance team and promote process adherence
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on finance process optimization
  • Ensure finance operations comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a process improvement or finance management role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools
