The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Receiving and screening incoming emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Managing and maintaining executives' schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
  • Calendar Management (Scheduling & Time Coordination)
  • Meeting Support (Attending, Identifying Key Points & Action Steps for CEO)
  • Daily stand-ups and alignment calls
  • Once a week, in-person sync with the Executive
  • Assist with the Executive's Personal Projects
  • Task tracking and follow-ups
  • Cross-team liaison
  • Platform Management
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience within an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Internet, IT and Professional Services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills (Google Suite and Notion).
  • You have working knowledge of Meeting Support, Task Tracking and Follow-ups, platform management and cross-team liason
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
