Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices based on purchase orders, delivery notes, or contracts.
- Ensure all billing data is correctly entered into the accounting system.
- Verify client billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely invoicing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local taxation laws (GST, VAT, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 6months of experience in billing or invoicing roles (Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Note: Initially in Caloocan; will be reassigned to Guiguinto, Bulacan once new facility is fully operational.
