We are looking for a detail-oriented Raw Materials Issuance Checker to ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials for production. The role includes coordinating with production teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following proper warehousing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive all raw materials and complete necessary paperwork upon receipt.
  • Unload packages from incoming trucks and inspect their contents to ensure they are undamaged.
  • Verify that quantities listed on the purchase order match those on the invoice and bill of lading.
  • Report any discrepancies or errors in deliveries.
  • Label or tag items as needed and ensure they are allocated to the correct storage location.
  • Monitor and enforce the correct weighing process for all incoming trucks.
  • Maintain a clean receiving area, including the loading dock, trash areas, and other warehouse spaces.
  • Ensure raw materials are received, stored safely, and placed in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Follow proper receiving procedures, including verifying raw materials against bills of lading, confirming product quality, and checking item temperatures if required.
  • Complete receiving documents for each delivery and reorganize inventory as needed.
  • Clean raw material storage areas before stocking new items and inspect deliveries for packaging and condition upon arrival.
  • Ensure that truck queuing procedures are strictly followed during deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, strong analytical skills, and comfort with working with numbers. Honest, hardworking, and results-oriented with great attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable, with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
