The Secretary will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate is efficient, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus
