SecondGen Ventures Corp. is a startup consumer electronics company based in Cebu, Philippines. Operating under the brand Hexatron, the company is dedicated to delivering Filipino families with best value entertainment electronics paired with fast and reliable after-sales service. SecondGen Ventures Corp. aspires to make Hexatron be one of the preferred brands in the Philippines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives.

-Supervise and mentor the sales team, including Sales Coordinators and Sales Admins.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

-Collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

-Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Coordinates with Warehouse, Finance, After-Sales, and Marketing teams.

-Participate in company-wide planning and special projects

-Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

-Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

-Experience in electronics retail or wholesale is highly preferred.

-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in sales reporting tools and CRM systems.

-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

-Customer-focused and results-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
