About the role

As the IT Systems and Infrastructure Supervisor at Intaq Foods', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the company's technological infrastructure. This full-time position, based in Mandaue City Cebu, will see you overseeing the management and maintenance of the company's networks, systems, and IT resources to support the overall objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the IT team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services
  2. Implementing and maintaining robust network and system security measures to protect the company's data and infrastructure
  3. Monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues promptly
  4. Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the reliability and performance of the company's technology
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT-related needs and requirements
  6. Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction
  7. Spearheading the planning, deployment, and management of new IT projects and initiatives
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar IT systems and infrastructure supervisory role
  2. Strong technical expertise in network administration, server management, and infrastructure deployment
  3. Proficient in implementing and managing security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
  4. Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IT systems and infrastructure
  8. Relevant certifications in areas such as network administration, systems management, or IT security would be highly advantageous
