Job Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineer who will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft technologies across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and project implementation while ensuring systems remain up-to-date with the latest Microsoft developments. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can deliver technical solutions, improve system reliability, and support users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Intune, and Azure services.
  • Implement and manage IT projects related to Microsoft solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and apply fixes or escalate as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft updates, features, and best practices, applying them to strengthen infrastructure and improve efficiency.
  • Manage user access, group policies, and security controls across Microsoft environments.
  • Provide end-user technical support and training, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to plan and deploy infrastructure changes and enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, asset records, and compliance with IT security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft systems administration and support (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, or Endpoint Manager is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT security principles, firewalls, and compliance policies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104, MCSA, or equivalent)

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
