  • Devising and choosing the most effective routes.
  • Transporting items to drop-off points.
  • Ensuring that both yourself and the recipient sign all relevant documentation upon delivery.
  • Checking to see that you have completed all work allocated for the day.
  • Advising your line manager of deliveries that could not be fulfilled.
  • Remaining friendly and helpful as you conduct your duties.
  • Clarifying your scheduled and anticipated deliveries before each shift begins.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers.
  • Physically deliver important documents, packages, and messages to the intended recipients within our organization or to external partners. This may involve travelling between office locations or making trips outside of the office to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Distributing internal communications, such as memos, notices, and newsletters, to all employees. This requires organization and attention to detail to ensure all individuals receive the necessary information promptly.
  • Managing electronic communication channels, including email, instant messaging platforms, and internal communication tools. This involves monitoring and responding to messages, forwarding important information to the relevant parties, and ensuring that messages are promptly and accurately delivered.
