  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
