QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 1- 2 years of experience in new product development required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or brand management in FMCG or consumer products, preferably in food categories.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in market analysis, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with Nielsen or retail audit data is a plus.
  • Willing to report in Ortigas, Pasig; Hybrid (2x WFH, 3x onsite)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of assigned product(s) — from development, launch, and lifecycle management to phase-out.
  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to execute go-to-market plans and deliver product performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (sales, market share, profitability) and recommend action plans.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, or repositioning.
