The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of products within the portfolio of Reproductive Medicine. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management, maximizing revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for reproductive medicine products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Business Development

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

Training of Sales Force

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and detailing skills of the sales team.
  • Conduct product knowledge exams to assess and ensure the competency of trainees.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and research and development teams to align product strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field;
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php100,000.00 per month
