We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help build a high-quality community of live streamers on the TALA app. This role involves reaching out to talent agencies and agency managers to recruit and onboard talented live streamers while ensuring they understand and adhere to TALA's rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the live streaming ecosystem, and a passion for growing the TALA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Reach out to talent agencies and agency managers to identify and recruit potential live streaming talents for the TALA app.
  • Establish strong partnerships with talent agencies to onboard high-quality streamers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure the selected talents align with TALA's requirements and values.

Orientation & Onboarding:

  • Lead orientation sessions for new live streamers to ensure they understand and follow TALA's platform guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and successful start for new streamers.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with talent agencies and individual streamers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agency managers and assist them with any questions or concerns related to the TALA platform.

Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of live streamers to ensure they maintain a high-quality streaming experience that aligns with TALA's standards.
  • Work closely with the operations team to provide feedback to streamers on how to improve their streaming content and user engagement.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to bring new ideas for growing the live streaming community on TALA.
  • Provide insights into new talent acquisition strategies to improve the platform's reach and performance.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure the successful integration and engagement of new streamers on the TALA platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the live streaming industry and platforms.
  • Experience working with talent agencies or managing talent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in onboarding and training is a plus
