What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a detail-driven professional who knows how to keep benefits administration running smoothly. You might be the perfect fit if:

You have at least 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration, especially handling HMO and government-mandated benefits.

You're based in Manila and can easily coordinate card deliveries and on-ground needs.

You're confident using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and willing to learn new CRMs.

You communicate with clarity, speed, and professionalism.

You can handle confidential staff information with absolute care.

You're organized, responsive, and have a proactive attitude when resolving staff concerns.
Benefits Management

Oversee enrollment, updates, and cancellation of HMO and government benefits.

Coordinate with HMO providers for updates and member queries.

Support payroll and finance teams in implementing benefits changes.
Logistics & Documentation

Handle delivery of HMO cards and benefit-related items.

Process employment-related documents (e.g., COEs, background checks).

Track invoices and provider payments.
Staff Support & Engagement

Address staff queries through helpdesk, email, or other platforms.

Organize benefits-related webinars and info sessions.

Monitor task accuracy and timeliness as part of your performance metrics.
Work Setup & Culture

Work Setup: Fully remote with Manila-based coordination
