What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Success Manager, guiding clients through renewals, platform adoption, and continuous growth. You'll strengthen customer relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and help clients maximize the value of an award-winning CX platform trusted by thousands of user organizations worldwide.

What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years' experience in account management, customer success, or B2B client-facing roles
- Proven experience in renewals, upselling, pricing discussions, and contract or revenue-related conversations
- Demonstrated ability to manage international clients, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive customer satisfaction
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers
- Skilled in problem-solving, issue resolution, and creating customer-centric solutions
- Working knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) practices and client lifecycle management
- Understanding of project management principles and managing multiple client deliverables
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced, high-stakes customer environments
Your Key Contributions
- Manage customer renewals
- Upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer portfolio
- Increase customer satisfaction by identifying platform usage gaps
- Drive usage by reaching out to end users for regular engagement
- Engage key stakeholders and ensure they receive relevant communications
- Coordinate with marketing and implementation teams to relay essential information
- Understand customer business challenges and goals, and align them with platform capabilities
