Position Overview:

Responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process customer requests for account changes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and promotions to effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including call handling guidelines, privacy policies, and quality standards.
