Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Summary: The QS Engineer ensures that cost and quantities related to electrical to be used at the site is correct and is according to the construction drawings. He/she ensures that projects are complying with all client specifications.
Job Description:
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQs, and related documentation
- Review plans, perform quantity take-offs, and estimate material and construction costs
- Handle procurement, material submissions, and supplier/subcontractor evaluations
- Conduct monthly valuations, monitor project costs, and forecast final expenses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure best value for money
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Registered Engineer
- At least one (1) year work experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledgeable in project cost estimation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
