Land Surveyor

The Land Surveyor is responsible for ensuring the proper alignment and elevation of civil, structural, and architectural finishes. He/She conducts verification of location and topographic surveys of project sites, while maintaining updated and well-documented as-built surveys.


Job Description:
  • Checks plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • Analyzes survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects
  • Directs and participates in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
  • Prepares and presents reports such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property/right-of-way descriptions
  • Tests soil and materials to determine adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel
  • Maintains and calibrates surveying equipment to ensure accuracy

Job Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed Geodetic Engineer
  • At least three (3) years of work experience in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in handling surveying instruments and in estimating quantities and material costs to determine project feasibility
  • Experience in transmission line projects is an advantage
  • Must be willing to be assigned to project sites

Employment Details:
  • Status: Probationary
  • Project Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (with deployment to project sites as needed)
  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
