What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the procurement of a wide range of raw materials, components, and equipment required for production and operations
  2. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards
  3. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks in a timely manner to minimise production delays
  4. Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand the company's vendor base and ensure a reliable supply chain
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align purchasing activities with business needs
  6. Maintain comprehensive records of all purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise purchasing processes and drive cost savings initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
  3. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed purchasing decisions
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  5. Familiarity with inventory management principles and supply chain best practices
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  7. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  8. Willing to work in Quezon City and can start immediately
