Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or any related field is preferred but not required.
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field, particularly with proven success in sales within an airline or freight forwarding company.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of airline cargo sales; aviation/logistics background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team player with a strong sales mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
Job Description
- Identify and build relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics providers.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote cargo services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor shipment performance and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular sales reports including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with HQ pricing and support teams for ad-hoc requests.Uni
