Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or any related field is preferred but not required.
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field, particularly with proven success in sales within an airline or freight forwarding company.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of airline cargo sales; aviation/logistics background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a strong sales mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications

Job Description

  • Identify and build relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote cargo services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor shipment performance and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular sales reports including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Coordinate with HQ pricing and support teams for ad-hoc requests.Uni
