Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance through in-depth consultations.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment, insurance, and retirement strategies.
  • Provide advice on a wide range of financial products and services to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor clients' financial situations and recommend adjustments to their plans as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or any Sales experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and market analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office applications.
  • Certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
