About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Tiktok Blended Account - CSR Agent (Virtual Process) to join our dynamic team at A System International Corporation'. This full-time role is based in Taytay Rizal and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries, concerns and complaints
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat and other communication channels
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  • Proficient in English and Filipino
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
