Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Draft affidavits, legal correspondence, and other legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
  2. Maintain, organize, and update legal files in both hard copy and digital formats.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with clients, attorneys, and relevant professionals regarding case matters.
  4. Prepare and submit pleadings and other court documents promptly.
  5. Support attorneys in trial preparation by compiling exhibits and providing necessary case materials.
  6. Prepare and review various legal documents, including contracts, briefs, wills, pleadings, and appeals.
  7. Conduct research on case facts, laws, and legal precedents using public records and other reliable sources.
  8. Manage day-to-day law office activities, including the handling and delivery of subpoenas and legal correspondences.
  9. Collect, examine, and interpret laws, court rulings, and legal literature to assist in case preparation.
  10. Coordinate with witnesses and ensure their presence during hearings or trials.
  11. Oversee the organization and upkeep of the law library and other legal reference materials.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, Forensic Science, or any related pre-law discipline; Juris Doctor graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  2. Experience in legal documentation, administrative work, or law office operations is an advantage.
  3. Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and dependable.
  4. Must be willing to work on-site at Upper McKinley Hill, BGC, Taguig.
  5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  6. Must have a valid driver's license, be open to fieldwork or travel, and be ready to start immediately.
