What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with telecom products, billing, services, and technical concerns
  • Deliver accurate information and offer effective solutions

  • Maintain proper documentation of each interaction in the system

Who Can Apply

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum or SHS Graduate – New Curriculum)

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule (including holidays and weekends)
  • Must currently reside in Metro Manila
