GRADUATE TRAINEE

Location: Eastwood / Makati / BGC

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Graduate Trainees to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in commercial real estate operations through comprehensive administrative support and project assistance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in daily administrative operations and office management tasks


• Support senior team members with project coordination and documentation


• Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and client records


• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications


• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally


• Assist with data entry, research, and analysis projects


• Support document preparation for client presentations and proposals


• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives


• Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, and organizing documents


• Assist with event planning and coordination when required


• Support various departments as needed during peak periods

Qualifications:


• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Strong organizational and time management abilities


• Attention to detail and accuracy in work output


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Professional demeanor and positive attitude


• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges


• Basic understanding of business operations preferred
