Sales Associate - Architects

The Sales Associate - Architects identifies potential of the area of assignment by creating market opportunities, qualifying and developing prospects for conversion into regular customers. The role requires area scanning, sourcing and developing various channels to generate sales, and negotiating sales contracts.

  • Promote company product and solutions in the construction and engineering industries
  • Visit and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct product presentation
  • Build good relationships with customers
  • Generate sales and monitor customers account
  • Ensure collection of payments for orders

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a BS Architecture Degree who is interested in a career in Sales or Marketing);
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates will be trained in the product, sales and marketing
  • Previous experience in Sales, Brand Ambassadorship is an advantage but not required
  • Sociable, confident, energetic and presentable
  • Must be comfortable meeting new people especially conducting sales pitch or product presentations to architects, engineers and consultants

  • Must be a resident and willing to do field sales/ marketing activity in one of the following areas:

  • NCR : Bulacan, Rizal, Caloocan, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Taguig, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Paranaque

  • South Luzon : Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon Province
  • Bicol Region: Camarines Norte and Sur
  • Cebu Province

We offer Monthly Basic Salary with Sales Allowance and Commission to successful candidates.
