Job Summary:

Oversees the production, distribution, and marketing activities of the branch plant or assigned territory within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages production, distribution, warehousing, and sales operations in line with company policies, guidelines, and procedures set by the Assistant Vice President – Sales.
  • Coordinates with clients and industry partners to assess needs, enhance services, and promote business growth.
  • Develops and implements strategies for the efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitors production expenses and product quality, making necessary adjustments to production and inventory control systems to ensure profitability.
  • Analyzes competitor activities and leads the development of sales programs to expand market presence.
  • Oversees the preparation and maintenance of accounting and financial records.
  • Prepares and recommends annual budgets to management.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • At least ten (10) years of managerial experience.
  • Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning equipment.
  • Experienced in after-sales service, parts sales, target management, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven, with strong strategic planning and organizational abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
