THE JOB:

Branch Supervisor or Manager will be assigned in Ayala Center Cebu Branch

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Mandated to build and boost client relation. Handles client complaints and acts immediately on it and ensure that client satisfaction is met at all times.
  • Maintains positive relations with all contacts, clients, potential clients and team players in order to expand the branch' pool of clients
  • Ensure employees' adherence to the company's objective on Customer Experience and Customer Journey

Sales Management

  • Ensures sales targets including individual sales target is (daily, weekly, monthly) achieved at all times.
  • Leads in the submission of monthly sales performance and analysis reports.

OPERATIONS

  • Conducts daily cash audit of the total cash funds and records the same in the Daily Cash Count.
  • Monitor staff attendance and ensure smooth and continuous operations of the branch
  • Ensures that housekeeping standards, adherence to visual & product display guidelines, and security guidelines are complied with.

INVENTORY

  • Spearhead safekeeping of all delivery and transfer documents.

Other Tasks:

  • Conduct Employee Performance Reviews
  • Maintains harmony in the branch at all times.
  • Handles and resolve staff problems and concerns, constantly ensure welfare and safety of staff
  • Conducts pre-operations checking on cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch and in line with SOPs.
  • Ensures all Branch document is well filed and kept (Govt Permit, Memos, Service Reports etc). and regulatory permits are updated, intact and complied with at all times.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College level/ College Graduate
  • With minimum of 3 years' experience in handling store/branch management in Retail, Service Industry (Hotel/Hospitality & Resto/Food, Grooming or Personal Care industries)
  • 2 to 3 years as solid experience either supervisory level.
  • Highly organize and must be able to motivate her team, assess situations quickly and solve problems.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team player
  • With sound judgment on handling basic to vital decision making, and can pay attention to internal and external customers
  • Excellent negotiation and speaking skills to resolve the issue
  • Able to lead and handle cross functional roles or collaborative roles
