We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Cebu branch. This role is responsible for directing sales, distribution, production support, and marketing operations within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations, including sales, distribution, warehousing, and customer service, in line with company policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to promote improved and expanded services
  • Develop and implement business plans for the efficient use of materials, machines, and workforce
  • Review and monitor production costs, product quality, and inventory control programs to ensure profitable branch operations
  • Analyze competitor operations and develop sales programs to capture new markets
  • Manage branch budgets and prepare financial and operational reports
  • Ensure effective after-sales service, parts sales, and contract negotiations
  • Lead the branch team in achieving sales targets, managing receivables, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned to support overall business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
