About the role

YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Services Representative (Local Account) to join our team in Cavite, Calabarzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our local clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance
  2. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services
  5. Collaborating with the broader customer service team to share best practices and improve processes
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the local business environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  5. Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
