Who are we looking for:

The HR Assistant Manager - Timekeeping will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day timekeeping operations. This role involves actively managing and providing leadership and coaching to the Timekeeping (TK) team to maximize efficiency and output. A key function is resolving all issues related to the timekeeping systems' functionalities. Additionally, the role requires auditing and reviewing timekeeping processes and reports to ensure accurate compliance reporting and adherence to regulations.

● Manage and execute all daily timekeeping operations to ensure accuracy and continuity.

● Provide direct leadership and coaching to the Timekeeping (TK) team to optimize performance and output.

● Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and troubleshooting problems

related to the timekeeping systems and their functionalities.

● Conduct regular audits and reviews of timekeeping processes and reports to ensure

strict compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, providing accurate reporting to

management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Operation Management or in

a related field.

● With at least 3 years of experience working in an Assistant Manager or other closely related leadership position.

● With 2 to 3 years of specific experience in payroll and timekeeping.

● Has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Strong MS Excel skills.

● Knowledge of payroll software is a plus.

● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

● Willing to be assigned in SILANG, CAVITE.
