The opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Salesperson to help grow our community at Tag Team Studio — a premier martial arts and action design gym offering MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Fight Form (our signature circuit training program). The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, loves meeting people, and is driven to help others start their martial arts and fitness journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the local market
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to secure new business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance
  • Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the sports industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with the local Makati City Metro Manila market and its unique dynamics
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools
