Rate: P 25,000/month
Location: Home-based
Workset-up: Permanent Work from Home
Hours: 9:30AM-6:30PM (Half day on Saturdays)

Overall Job Objectives:
The HR Executive will assist in managing various human resource functions, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves supporting the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and ensuring that HR practices align with the organization's goals and policies.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to off boarding.
- Support Malaysia Team on all HR related matters.
- Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
- Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).
- Apply for a work visa /work permit and oversea quota.
- Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check-up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
- Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of human resources experience is Required.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skill
- Preferably with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Zoom,PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are required to own a desktop / laptop to carry out the required tasks with fast and smooth internet connection in your place.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, completing all paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies, resulting in a positive first experience for new employees.
- Manage employees' databases on a timely and accurate basis.
- Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters and bonus letters.
