Key responsibilitiesGraphic Design

  • Create branded marketing materials — digital graphics, brochures and flyers.
  • Ensure all creative assets are on-brand, consistent, and tailored for their channel (web, print, email, social).
  • Support product launches and campaigns with creative artwork and visuals.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimise based on results.

Content Building

  • Write, edit, and publish content for website, blogs, e-newsletters, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop practical, customer-focused content.
  • Edit short-form video content (e.g. product reels /demos) to bring our brand personality to life.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist in campaign planning and execution.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing or content creation role (B2B or construction/industrial preferred but not essential).
  • Strong skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar).
  • Confident writer with the ability to adapt tone for professional and trade audiences.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging campaigns (Mailchimp and AI).
  • Understanding of SEO, email marketing platforms, and basic web content management (WordPress/Shopify, Oracle NetSuite or similar).
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills highly regarded.
