Process Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end process improvement projects across BPO functions.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of implemented initiatives.
- Mentor and guide teams in process excellence practices.
Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a process improvement role within a BPO setup
- Demonstrated success in completed GB projects focused on KPI enhancements (CSAT, AHT, etc.)
- Held a Manager or Sr. Manager title in the most recent role
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
