Process Improvement Coordinator

Oversees and coordinates process improvement initiatives with department heads to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and meet strategic goals. Supports teamwork across departments and helps communication among all involved to deliver successful projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with improving processes to make project delivery faster and better.
  • Work with department heads to understand and plan their project goals and priorities.
  • Track project progress and report updates regularly to senior management.
  • Spot risks and problems early, suggesting solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Organize meetings, record decisions, and keep communication clear among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Help gather and organize project documents and performance data for review and auditing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant course
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Knowledgeable and/or experienced in ISO Standards and/or auditing
  • Certifications in ISO and/or Internal Audit are an advantage
