The AR Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end AR processes, including billing, collections, claims resolution, and cash application, in a high-volume, multi-market Global Business Services (GBS) environment. The role ensures invoices are issued accurately, payments are collected on time, and customer disputes are resolved within service level agreements (SLAs) to support healthy cash flow and positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Billing, preferably in a GBS or shared services setup.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
