  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, control and monitoring the progress of the project/s.
  • Solve all technical problems encountered from time to time with assistance from H.O if required.
  • Coordinate and check all drawing discrepancies and liaise to resolve all technical and site problems.
  • Attend all Management meetings.
  • Recommend approval of all site purchase orders and preparation of requisition and materials reports.
  • Weekly/monthly report to the Construction Manager.
  • Conduct weekly coordination meeting.
  • Prepare and execute and adjust work programs.
  • Responsible for all financial matters e.g. certifying of progress payments, wages, local purchases, petty cash, etc.
  • Supervise admin workers/contractors
  • Other functions that may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
