What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support crew & shift leaders
  • Manage payroll, inventory, and cash handling
  • Coordinate training and address HR concerns
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Support operational decisions and uphold company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to manage people, processes, and profitability
  • Commitment to excellent service and teamwork

Store Location: McDonald's Moriones, Tondo, Manila City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
