A. GENERAL FUNCTION

  • The position is responsible for assisting the Billing and Collection Department, Accounting & Cargo Control and managing fund utilization of the company in accordance with the company procedures and policies.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs the disbursement of cash / checks as per approved schedule / instruction.
  • Prepares and reports the cash position of the company.
  • Prepares the monthly cash flow report and its projections.
  • Represents the company to financial institutions as required.
  • Prepares the Monthly Management Report for Senior Officers.
  • Performs bank transactions.
  • Supervises the cashiering functions.
  • Assist in releasing of check payments to suppliers, contractors and personnel.
  • Provide the Monthly Reports, Collection, Operating Expenses, CAPEX and Cash Position/Cash Flow.
  • Monitor the Cash Advance & Collection
  • Monitor the Disbursement & Cash Position
  • Process and Post the Liquidation of Cash Advance
  • Custodian of Invoice, Official Receipt & provisional Receipt
  • Safely keep all cash and checks and any other form of monetary value, bank passbooks, certificate of deposits, promissory notes and other similar documents.
  • Perform bank related transactions such as but not limited to encashment of checks, cash/check deposits and update of bank deposits.
  • Receive cash/check collections from Billing and collection Department and prepare the corresponding bank deposit slips to be credited to the assigned banks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • : Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • : Must have at least 5 years of related experience
  • : Must have technical expertise, with people skills, computer literate, and excellent communication skills for both English and Filipino (oral and written).
